TUESDAYS commencing 16/9
3:45 pm – 4:30 pm RDC BABY BALLET. Inviting “NEW” pupils ages 2/3 years.
Dance to music from Famous children’s Ballets whilst learning the technique of ballet.
TUESDAYS commencing 9/9
6:45 pm – 7:30 pm ADULT BALLET for beginners and experienced. A popular class, great for strength, control, posture and musicality.
7 30 pm – 8 15 pm ADULT TAP for beginners/intermediate. Great exercise and fun for all.
8:15 pm – 9:00 pm ADULT MODERN LINE DANCE. Great exercise at steady pace. Fun dance to various musical styles.
WEDNESDAYS commencing 17/9
9:30 am – 10:15 am TIDDLER CLASS, MUSIC AND MOVEMENT ages 12 months to 3 years
Fun with a parent or guardian joining in . Musical instruments, singing and props for interaction and sensory awareness.
10:30 am – 11:30 am ADULT BALLET BEGINNERS AND EXPERIENCED (daytime)
Class, barre, port de bras, adage, petit allegro. Suitable for all.
7 pm – 8 pm ADULT WALL PILATES. Very popular class for strengthening the whole body, stabilisation of the pelvis and all over toning. Suitable for all.
THURSDAYS commencing 11/9
7:00 pm – 7:30 pm SENIOR CONTEMPORARY GROUP WORK – PLUS SEPARATE ADULT CONTEMPORARY/BALLET DANCE. Both great for use of body, breathe and inner feeling, now one of the most popular dance styles based around modern and ballet technique. Suitable for all.
7:30 pm – 8:15 pm ADULT MUSICAL THEATRE (dance only) to well known tunes from the musicals.
Varying styles with some prop use. Great fun and exercise for all.
FRIDAYS commencing 12/9
3:45 pm – 4:30 pm TODDLER ballet and tap accompanied by parent or guardian.
Ages 18 months to 3 years. Lots of fun.
Use of instruments and props whilst learning locomotor skills in dance like walks, skipping, galloping and hopping. Great for balance and co ordination.
SATURDAYS commencing 13/9
9:00 am – 9:30 am RDC BABY BALLET. Inviting “NEW” pupils ages 2 to 4
Ballet training in a fun and friendly learning environment. Featuring music from children’s ballets.
11:00 am – 11:45 am MUSICAL THEATRE
We are restarting our popular musical theatre class for children aged 4 to 13 on a Saturday morning. Incorporating singing, dancing and acting. Potential performance opportunities.
12:15 pm – 1:00 pm ACRO STRETCH AND FLEX for limbering and incorporating acrobatic
Dance moves in a dance style.
SINGING LESSONS – Those interested in attending a singing lesson will have the opportunity for vocal warm up,
breathe control for expression and pronunciation and diction improvements. A variety of styles can
be explored for added interest.
